With both plans you get Live Conference Viewer, a web control screen where you can manage your call online — includes viewing conference attendees, mute/un-mute participants, dial out to add attendees, lock/unlock conference and call recording. With Live Conference Viewer you can have up to 150 users. If over 150 users — call customer service at 1-888-436-3746 at least 48 hours in advance Monday thru Friday to speak with one of our professional conference representatives. We will provide as many PIN sets as you need, daily call reports, transcription and translation services available and much, much more.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan depending on your usage or cancel at any time.

Pay As You Go Minute Plan

Minute Plans are invoiced monthly based on the total number of minutes used during the billing cycle. The cost is 5.9¢* per minute. An active credit card must be kept on file to pay monthly invoices and will be charged at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

To calculate the cost of a conference call: multiply the total number of participants on your call by the total minutes of the call, and then multiply by .059. (i.e. 5 people on the conference for 60 minutes = 300 minutes; 300 x .059 = $17.70.)

Monthly Plans with Rollover Minutes

Monthly Plans are recurring plans charged at the beginning of the each month — your first month may be pro-rated depending on what day of the month you sign up. An active credit card must be kept on file to pay monthly plans. Minutes over your plan will be charged at the end of the billing cycle.

Unused minutes rollover each month for one year before expiring. Experience the benefits and saving of using toll free number 24/7.
