Recording and Playback a Audio and Web Conference

Value for Your Customers
Genesis’s On-Demand Playback is a simple, cost-effective way to present recordings of your past audio conferences to your audience. You can have multiple audio files made available 24/7, or for just a limited time. All your audience has to do is dial in and listen!

Your customers can access your on-demand audio playback by using one of three call-access types:

 1. Open PIN: Your callers will dial into the system and the recording will begin playing automatically without the caller having to enter a PIN
 2. Any PIN: Allows callers access to the playback by entering any combination of numbers when prompted for a PIN.
 3. Valid PIN: Each caller is given a unique PIN which will allow them access to the recording. If using Valid PIN access, you can supply Genesis with a list of participants and corresponding PINs which will be loaded into the system. This will allow you to view who accessed the playback in the postconference.

We make it easy for your customers to access the playbacks:
  • For audio playback, all your audience has to do is dial in and listen.
  • For webinar playback, all your audience needs is an Internet-connected computer with sound output.

  • Available features of Genesis On Demand Playback
  • Make your on demand playbacks available 24/7, or schedule them for specific time intervals, number of plays, or maximum listening time.
  • Each file can have a customized prompt announcing the title and/or description of the playback.
  • You have the option of having a "welcome" prompt that your callers or viewers will hear upon dialing into the playback system.
  • We can provide you with a usage report daily, weekly or monthly, depending on how long you want your playback to remain active.
  • The option to record your conference is available with Per-Minute and Volume Rate services. You can listen to the recording or allow others to playback the recording at any time after the conference. Additionally you can choose to have the recording sent to you on the media of your choice, or you can have the recording transcribed.

    Recording and Playback
Recording of a conference call is easy - the moderator simply presses

  • 2 during the call to start the recording. You can listen to a recording on either a toll access line (in the 303 area code) or on a toll-free (800#) line. The moderator is billed for all callers who listen to a recording. Recordings are stored for 30 days.
