Our International Conferencing service offers a number of options to ensure you are able to connect, communicate and collaborate smoothly and efficiently with your key business partners. Four options are available to meet your international conferencing needs:

 

• International Toll Free. This service is currently available in over fifty countries worldwide. Additional countries are added as they become available. Your international caller will be supplied with an international toll-free number and will join the conference call like a caller located in the United States. Participants are not billed anything; the leader pays for all charges.
• Domestic Number Dial-In. Your international caller can use a domestic dial-in number provided by Genesis. In this case, the international caller will pay the long-distance call charges into the United States, and the leader pays the conferencing charges. Charges vary from country to country.
• Operator Dial Out. Callers do not need to let us know ahead of time if they need to do an operator dial out during a reservationless call. Just press "*0" on your telephone keypad and provide the operator with the phone number. For a scheduled call, you can provide the number ahead of time by calling our Customer Service number and pressing "*0" for a representative. The Customer Service Representative will then dial out to the international participant at the time of your scheduled call. International mobile phone numbers are acceptable.
• Leader Dial Out. Leaders can dial out to participants (international or domestic) themselves and bring them back into their call from the Audio Console. The participant pays nothing and the leader gets billed for all charges. An authorization form must be signed to have this feature activated for your account.

INTERNATIONAL DIRECT DIAL TOLL FREE NUMBERS AVAILABLE IN  OVER 70 COUNTRIES  

     

If you you don't want your overseas participants to pay for an international telephone call, they can dial an in-country toll free number. The call will be free as long as they use a landline. If they use a mobile phone, the international part of the call will still be free. Rates as low as 7.9¢ depending on location.

Dialing instructions are as follows: Dial the direct dial number for the country you are calling from; Enter your Genesis PIN NUMBER, then dial your destination number.   All customers can use this service and there are no additional fees. Some rates may even be lower than callback.

 

                                                 

Dialing instructions are as follows:

 

1. Once the Call Leader dials in, they will press 2 to dial out to a participant.
2. Enter the telephone number (starting with +1), followed by the # sign. (When dialing an international number, start with the country code – do NOT dial 011)
3. Press the # sign again.  The dial-out will start.
4. When the party answers, the Call Leader has the following options:
   1. Press *1 to connect both the participant and Call Leader to the conference
   2. Press *2 to connect the participant and continue dialing dial out to another party
   3. Press *3 to disconnect the participant
   4. Press *4 to disconnect the participant and continue dialing out to another party
