Please remember that because the local numbers are all located in major cities, that your participants may still have to dial long distance within their own country to access the conference, depending on where they live 6.9¢ per minute, per user.
USA dial-in-number is a toll number with a geographic area code such as + 1-774-450-9900. Toll number callers pay their own applicable long-distance charges. You will be charge by your phone company for the cost of an international long-distance call to the United States.
USA Toll-Free Dial-in-Numbers
Provide for Canada and United Kingdom your conference participants with toll-free dial-in-number at 5.9¢ per minute, per user from UK. Callers can dial toll-free to +1-800-520-9390 and your account will be billed 8.9¢. Toll-free conferencing lines are provided so there is no cost to the callers.
International Toll-Free Dial-In Outside USA and Canada
Provide conference participants with toll-free dial-in number 5.9¢ per minute, per user. Note that many foreign phone companies allow callers to make calls to USA toll free numbers. However, these calls are billed at the same rate as dialing a non-toll-free number in USA. We advise that you call a standard USA dial-in-number such as +1-774-450-9900 so that you don’t incur higher per-minute rates for Toll-Free Access on your Genesis account.
Canada Toll Dial-in-Numbers
We have local conference Toll Dial-in Numbers call-in numbers in cities in Canada. Enjoy the amazingly low rate of 3.9¢ per minute, per user, while dialing a local number.
USA Dial-Out and International Dial-Out
You will be charged 6.9¢ per minute per user who join your conference calls via the Dial-Out feature. The per-minute rates to connect participants in other countries are higher and vary by destination. Callers pay their own applicable long-distance charges. You will be charged by your phone company for the cost of an international long distance call out from the United States.

Differences between a toll-free call and local call?
- A toll-free call does not cost the calling party anything. Instead, the host covers the cost of the call.
- A toll number is a basic 10-digit local phone number. These numbers may not be free to the caller; standard long-distance charges may apply depending on the caller’s telephone plan. Callers with nationwide long-distance have no cost. We offer toll conference call numbers in 400+ major US cities and the list is growing.
